who you are dealing with
Flirtcraft is run by Wendell Britt, in Portland, Oregon. Write to wendell@masteringallyship.com.
what you are buying
A subscription opens the draw: the deck of sixty-four cards and the seven-step run. It lasts for as long as you keep paying. The first rep, played through the questions on the front page, is free.
price and renewal
The price is $12 USD a month or $79 USD a year, charged at the start of each period. The subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. If the price ever changes, subscribers hear about it by email at least 30 days before it applies to them.
cancelling
Cancel from the ledger, or from the pricing page, through Stripe’s billing page. It takes one step. The draw stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and the next charge is the one that stops.
refunds
Ask within 14 days of any charge, monthly or yearly, and it is refunded in full. Write to wendell@masteringallyship.com from the address you signed in with. A refunded subscription ends when the refund is made. Past 14 days, a charge stands, and cancelling stops the one after it.
founding players and codes
People who were playing before the subscription began may be given a founding subscription at no charge, for a period shown when it is granted. A promotion code may lower the price or cover it; its terms appear at checkout when you enter it.
your record
Your reps live in your browser on your own device. Clearing the browser’s data or deleting the app deletes them, and the only other copy is a file you have saved with Save a copy in the ledger. Your ledger stays open to you after a subscription ends.
how to play it
Flirtcraft is for people 18 or older. Every move in it is made toward a real person. Make them toward people who are free to say no, and take the no when it comes. For anything that feels like a crisis, talk to a doctor, a therapist or a crisis line.
the service
Flirtcraft is provided as it is. Wendell works to keep it running and correct, and his liability to you is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
changes and law
Subscribers hear by email before any change to what they pay or what they get. Smaller changes update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
